Sure...but while looking for one (Googled "Segregated students") I found this article from today:

7 years teaching...

I knew after the 1st that teaching girls and boys was a different animal completely. 

I don't teach "Momma's Boys" because "Momma" is a default part of the package....yeah...I'll pass...thanks anyway.

So the boys are boys and the girls are girls and after the age of 10 the differences become an active impedance to learning flow. 

Girls accelerate early and have it seems a clearer long term view at an earlier age.

I wasn't studying a foreign language at the age of 6,7,8,9,10.....I was making trouble and giving my mother headaches so I get it. Some friends (girls) WERE studying Spanish or another language and they probably wanted to set the world on fire....starting around ten I guess...meanwhile I was setting leaves and plastic Army men on fire somewhere nearby.

Last Saturday while I was standing outside a 100yen store which is near a Military Base and so many Americans go there (I never talk to any of them either),

anywayz...
 a Japanese man was holding a map book (who has those?...where's the smart phone?).
 I realized what he was doing, which was, trying to make a chance to speak English....pretty clever trap he had going on...

He tried a few times but he was obviously not interested in finding directions and the Base guys/Gals were with family so they all quickly but politely moved along....dude was not covering his true intent well AT ALL.

Then it dawned on me....

I'm...I'm fucking STANDING RIGHT HERE!!!
